As a child, I struggled with my weight and lacked understanding the connection between food and exercise. Food was simply food to be enjoyed. Exercise was necessary so I could eat whatever I wanted. It has been a lifelong journey of education and practice to truly live a healthy, balanced life.
Now as a blessed mom of 5, I have a wealth of experience living my best life. I have discovered how to go beyond burning calories to truly craving whole foods and loving to move my body every day.
Teaching Group Fitness for over 20 years, I know that support is an integral part to success and enjoying the journey. Group Fitness has given me fit friends for life.
