PiYo is a unique and dynamic blend of Pilates and Yoga. It is a fast- paced class with no equipment required. It is a full hour (55-60 minutes)
Kickboxing is a cardio based class that will get your heart rate up. It is 45 minutes.
Barre is a core strengthening class. It is the least intense cardio class and thus a good class for beginners. We use a mini ball, light weights, exercise bands, and a mat. It is 45 minutes.
SoulStrength is our brand new WEIGHT training class. You will use 5-15 pound weights, depending on your level. It is 45 minutes.
